Senior Estimator (High end Refurbishment and Fit Out)

Working for a Small Quantity Surveying Practice on behalf of one of their new clients, a high end interior and exterior refit organisation with projects ranging from £500,000 to £10 million +.

You will be working on mainly exclusive residential projects.

Duties will include :

Organising and planning of tender workload.
Producing cost estimates for resources
Assessment of cost factors and possible impacts on tender costs.
Attending client meetings where required.

Location:
Projects mainly central London and West Endm The successful applicant will be working out of offices located in the City of London.
