Salary Neg - Perm or Contract

I am seeking an experienced QS for two Companies at present as follows;

1) Site based and location on the Embankment in London SE1.
The role itself is site based and is a full time post.
Ideally my client is looking for someone on a permanent basis, however will also look at contractors.
Salary as follows if perm;
You will have good experience overall and be from a Construction background with expereince and knowledge of N.E.C contracts.
You will also be required to be computer literate and hold strong communication skills.

2) I have 4 x roles with a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice with locations being London W1 or Surrey SM5. (Looking for Construction background - commercial/industrial new build).
They are permanent vacancies but will also consider taking someone on a contract basis.

Non Contributary Pension, (to be negotiated), Private Medical Care, (Self and family), Company Car allowance, 10% of basic salary, Lap Top and mobile telephone.
