Salary:

(Minimum starting salary £22k – £25k plus substantial bonuses and benefits including high spec company car expense account mobile phone when Executive status achieved) .

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial account handler or underwriter to venture into an outside role with full training and support provided.
After 6/9 months training on our bespoke media product and acting as an account handler the opportunity will be there for the individual to progress into an Account Executive Role visiting our smaller clients.

Experience/Requirements:

Commercial insurance experience dealing with SME or larger clients.
Must include regular handling of commercial package or commercial combined Insurance.
Living within 25 miles of Colchester Minimum 5 GCSE’s at grade “C” or above but probably with “A” Levels or CII qualifications.
Mature responsible career minded individual
 Must be I.T. friendly and computer literate
 Able to follow laid down systems and procedures
Neat presentation and attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Able to respond positively to fluctuating workloads
Clearly spoken, articulate and sociable
Confident in discussions and negotiations
A good “Team Player” who mixes well.
Sirius/DME experience desirable.
