The Role:

This is a rare opportunity to secure a senior role with a heat pump technology market leader.
Based at the company headquarters and reporting to the Managing Director the successful applicants will provide pre and post sales and installation technical support on their full range of domestic heat pumps to their customer base of consultants, engineers, housing providers, specifiers and installers.
Working closely with the company’s customers and integrating with their sales, service and product development teams, so a comprehensive knowledge of domestic heating system design and installation together with an understanding of building services would be an advantage.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and possess a strong technical background in one or more of the following disciplines; building services, HVAC technologies, renewable energies, domestic heating system design and installation.
A strategic, outgoing professional technical support engineer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with sound business acumen able to build, develop and sustain successful relationships for the business.
