Objective:

Part of the group is located in the City of London, employs 250 people and covers the UK, Ireland, Germany, Russia and South Africa.
Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires a new QA Testing Engineer to work in the Development Department to accompany the current client growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will become a member of the development team located in London, participating in improving our software and our technical support for other teams working essentially in Europe, US and Asia.
Required qualities include good communication (both oral and written) skills, strong ability to work with different teams and to make the link between them.
To be qualified, the candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science or similar discipline together with previous working experience in an IT company.

I.T Skills:

Testing, trouble-shooting, level 3 support.
Write test scripts & test reports.
Design test cases and contribute to software design.
Coordinate UAT cycles with developers and project managers.
ISEB foundation expected.
Technical knowledge on Oracle, Windows, UNIX, Linux and exposure in financial trading software is definitely a plus.
