Purpose:

To manage product presentation within specified the company branches through development of branch Trade Counter staff.
Maintain and improve the company’s standards of sales and service through the Trade Counter sales channel.
To take every opportunity to increase sales and the company profits through the Trade Counter channel.
Audit branch retail performance regularly and to take action where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Counter Management.
Communicate with Trade Counter Team members, customers and Head Office effectively and on a regular basis.
Form and act on a Trade Counter development plan.
Devise and manage Trade Counter merchandising objectives.
People Development.
Lead and manage the development of Trade Counter staff to support the Shop Development Plan.
Ensure all staff receives appropriate training.
Responsible for the performance management of the Trade Counter Team.
Sales.
Sales promotion and publicity.
Introduction of new products.
Order collection.
