Examine and handle commercial Public Liability & Employers Liability claims from first advice to settlement, attaining sign off or referring losses and technical issues as appropriate outside of delegated authority.
Liaising with Insured's, Brokers and Solicitors and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all times, evaluating information received and communicating as appropriate to all relevant parties.
Working as part of a team, you will be expected to support other members of staff on claims related issues and assist towards the progression of department as a whole.

Applicants should have a good understanding of general insurance and ideally possess experience of handling Employers & Public Liability claims.
