Assisting the Client Relationship Managers (CRM's) and Service Delivery managers (SDM's) with customer communication as well as all aspects of account administration.

Supporting the CRM/SDM as requested in the management of the mailing process including ensuring the checking & correct sign-off (100% QC) of all aspects of the job, checking the jobs are booked onto the system, monitoring & logging stock delivery, liasing with production regarding job readiness and any issues, resolving issues & keeping up to speed on job readiness and any issues, resolving communicating back to customers CRM/ SDM. Maintaining the administration records & monitoring & raising of invoices upon job completion.
