The company is currently looking for a Qualified Quantity Surveyor with construction industry dispute management experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing and defending claims Supporting experts in adjudications/abitrations/letigations.
Assisting employers, contractors or insurers with their legal teams in analysing and reporting on quantum and contractual claims on projects such as airport facilities; highway interchanges; offshore facilities and public buildings.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required experience, in the management of construction projects.
Commercial management experience, acting for both clients and contractors on a variety of major projects.
Involvement in developing the strategies behind the formulating and defending of claims.
Project/construction management experience on a range of construction projects.
Must have excellent report writing skills.
General industry exposure – specialisation in areas such as M&E and Civils would be an advantage.

Salary: £60 - £65,000 per annum.

Salary reviews conducted yearly. Will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus as determined by the Directors. Could be anything btw £5,000 – £10,000 or more.

Holidays:

In addition to normal public holidays and normal working days between Christmas and New Year's Day, will be entitled to 27 working days’ holiday.

Car Allowance:

Annual allowance of £4,500 p/a, paid monthly with salary, less such deductions as are required by law.
