A position has become available for a Senior Claims Administrator in the Professional Lines Team. Experience in dealing with professional indemnity claims, from either a Company Market, Lloyds or a broker background. Progression towards the ACII qualification would be beneficial, although not essential.

The position will include but not be limited to the following:

Considering policy coverage.
Dealing with broker files at daily appointments.
Instructing solicitors/adjusters and liaising with them throughout the claim.
Administering claims in accordance with client requirements.
Keeping the DCS database updated.

The successful candidate will need to have:

Experience and knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
Experience and knowledge of the relevant Pre-Action Protocols
Experience of handling claims in a cost effective and pro-active manner
Experience of the London Market
Experience of ECF and Class would be beneficial

Further, the successful candidate will need to be:

Used to dealing with Clients, Articulate, Diligent, Organised, Presentable and able to work unsupervised.
