Job Description:

We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Sr. I.T Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive Sales team.
The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing. 
Experience in International I.T Recruitments / contract staffing / professional services / head hunting / targeted sourcing.

Desired Profile:

The ideal candidate must have:

Experience in Recruiting for I.T services companies / staffing companies / consulting companies in UK and should be aware of the technical recruitment area.
Sound knowledge on I.T concepts and latest trends.
Should be good at cold calling.
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) Strong communication and inter personal skills.

Ability to:

Work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Assess & size up potential candidates & screen them.
Work across Technology needs.
Network & build relationships with local vendors / partners / potential candidates.
Build a database through cold calling / head hunting and targeted sourcing methods Must have a proven track record of closing open requirements across technical & functional areas for Junior / mid level / Sr. levels.
