The company currently has a pressing need for a Senior Planner with vast experience of large scale building and infastructure projects.

The Role:

Based in our Dubai office, the role will involve dealing with claims and drafting reports.
Analysis and investigation work in the area of dispute management.
Researching and analysing contemporaneous documents to assist in demonstrating culpability or non-culpability.
Providing support to experts in adjudications, arbitrations and letigations under ICC Rules.
Assisting in the preparation of expert reports such as time related issues on power generation projects; time analysis reports for the rebuttal of claims and preparation of counterclaims.
Preparation of programme integrity analysis.

Requirements:

Planning experience is required, on a variety of national and international construction projects, from which would have gained valuable experience in Retrospective Delay Analysis, claim preparation and management, for both Client and Contractor organisations.
Must have in-depth experience of Premavaria 3.
Should ideally have Claims/ Retrospective Delay Analysis experience.
Must be prepared to travel nationally and internationally as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

Senior level planning experience with strong P3 experience.
