Salary: Circa £25,000 Basic + Very Good Commission Structure

We are looking to an experienced Recruiter to help continue our year on year growth and development of our business.
An all-rounder is required for this role as you will be required not only to assist with existing business, but to develop either existing or new markets and resource candidates thereafter.
Assistance is given with resourcing; however, you must be adept at networking, rather than relying solely on trawling CV websites.
We are a fairly small but ambitious agency, currently employing 9 staff, based in purpose built spacious offices in Billericay, Essex with a small satellite office in the City which we use for client meetings etc.

Our current business portfolio is made up mainly of Insurance (predominately London Market), Banking IT, Construction/Asbestos/Demolition, M&E and Builders Merchants/Tool Hire markets nationwide, although we do recruit for several other large organisations in other industries. In terms of the right applicant, experience in any of the above industries is not necessarily required.

We are always open to entering new markets as we and have the facilities and infrastructure in place to get new markets off the ground very quickly and successfully, as we have done so to great effect in the past.
