Job Description
Locations: High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury etc.
To be responsible for a set of designated customer accounts, managing their needs and promoting The Company’s sales and service capabilities.
To develop customer relationships and identify key contacts within each account.
To identify target accounts and sales opportunities within customer organisations and to pursue these opportunities to increase sales whilst maintaining The Company’s profit margins on each account.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Account Management:
Make regular and scheduled F2F customer contact.
Identify and act on sales opportunities within each account, in line with the company’s profitability model.
Promote sales of the company products to maximise sales and optimise profit.
Understand and deliver the objectives of the Sales and Marketing plan in line with business strategy.
Customer Development:
Build relationships with customer set.
Respond quickly to customer information requests and visits.
Prepare, maintain and update detailed register of customer development.
Performance Management:
Record and monitor sales activity within each account on a regular basis.
Develop realistic sales forecasts in line with the company’s sales model.
Submit sales reports on a daily basis.
