Over all purpose of the job The work within the Overseas team, dealing with enquiries from brokers based in the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The job will also involve regular broker visits Principle duties and responsibilities.
Underwrite risks with flexibility – underwriting authority will depend on experience and can be up to £10,000,000 Maintain key broker relationships with regular visits (both business and social).
Support regional offices with their development of the overseas book.
Take ownership of and drive new business opportunities.
In time, there is scope for the position to develop into that of overseas product manager (broker channel) for the candidate of the right calibre.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years insurance experience.
