Department:
Business Data Management
Main Responsibilities:
To form part of team managing a multi-assets static data function. The team maintains static data over a wide range of systems covering listed derivatives, securities, FX and OTC derivatives in liaison with the various operational departments.
The main functions of the department are:
Open and maintain client accounts on GMI/KONDOR and other systems
Input, verify and maintain commission and interest rate schedules
Set up and maintain exchange fees
Provide support to the business re commission, fees and interest rate set ups.
Monitor daily commission charges for zero commission rates
To maintain controls on static data to ensure integrity of data
To assist with the regular review of client data within all systems in liaison with customer support
To assist with the audit of the current static data set-up of commissions, fees and interest in order to align with customer agreements and broker/ clearing houses fees
The analyst will involved with day to day responsibilities of department including daily control reports.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to show initiative and manage own workflow
Good I.T skills, Excel, Access
Ability to work within a multi culture, diverse demanding environment
Position within hierarchy:
Reporting to Business Data Supervisor.
