Objective:

Part of the company located in the City of London, employs 230 people and covers the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa and the Nordics. Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires a new Finance Manager to work in the Accounts Team to accompany the current client growth.

Job Description:

We need someone to manage our finance team of 4 people, responsibilities will be:

Preparation of quarterly forecast and reporting to head office for each subsidiary, by business line.
Preparation of the monthly and quarterly turnover forecast for each subsidiary and business line.
Monthly accounts and reporting, validating P&L and balance sheet.
Implement procedures to control costs and assist MD’s to control their costs against their budget.
Dealing with tax issues, VAT and Corporate tax.
Be the point of contact with auditors and for any finance issues.
Any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned to you.
