Objective:

Part of the company is located in the City of London, employs 230 people and covers the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa and the Nordics. Focused on the delivery of quality products and services and driven by a competitive environment, the company now requires a new ClearVision Consultant to accompany the current client growth in our ClearVision team.

Job Description:

Within their technical team based in our office in London , you will be working to meet the service needs of your clients. You will provide technical support, installations and maintenance, for the company's clients on all their software platforms and products.

You will have the responsibility of acting as a single point of contact (with back-up) for your Client on all technical issues.

Your missions are:

Assisting clients on the Post Trade Derivatives solutions.
Consultancy on client requirements.
Technical and functional validation of issues and requests, and resolution of problems.
Coordination with our other local offices.
Maintenance and management of issues lists.
Visiting Clients.

You will also be working in collaboration with the services of other departments within the company.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have the following:
IT degree or equivalent.
A good knowledge of NT/Oracle/Sybase is essential.
Programming skills, i.e. Object REXX, will be an advantage.
2-3 years experience in a similar role.
TCP/IP knowledge/troubleshooting skills are also required.

Duties involve installing, configuring and supporting company products, plus installing software programmes within large fast paced office environment.
Knowledge of financial market also required.
