General Reinsurance Technical Administration
Main Duties:
Proportional RI recoveries.
Facultative RI Recoveries.
Renewal Presentations.
Quarter End Timetable.
Event Coding.
Administration of syndicates.
Procedure manuals.
Charisma release testing.
Member of Process Group & Themed Release Group.
Lors validation.
RDS.
Ultimates.
Premium Adjustments.
Technical Skills:
Ms Office 2000
Word - Intermediate
Excel - Advanced
Education and Qualifications:
Essential:
5 ‘O’ Level / GCSE English and Maths
Desirable
A’ Levels
Lloyd’s Introductory Test
Working towards ACII
Experience:
Essential:
3 years experience within Insurance.
Knowledge of the Reinsurance principles, practices and procedures and recoveries.
Familiar with LORS.
Able to produce reports using Excel.
Personal Skills:
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Work as part of a team.
Ability to use initiative.
Well presented and business-like.
Flexible at all times.
Very good interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.

Monday to Friday
Hours of work:
9.30am to 5.30pm
