Job Description
New Position in a new / growing department – some of the people based in Europeso needs someone who can work alone and in a team – able to convert data i.e. from EUR into GBP.
Introduction:
The International Division has an exciting opportunity for an administrator.
You will be assisting in the day to day running of the rapidly-growing International business.
Job Purpose:
Working within the International Team, you will be providing administrative and accounting support to the operations, business development and finance functions.
This is a new position, and the applicant must be willing to grow as the role develops .
Duties:
Briefing in and tracking the progress of artwork requests to the Artwork Briefing Team.
Making travel arrangements for the International team.
Manage the end to end electronic data process, including policy and registration data conversions with IT.
Ordering and managing stationery and equipment supplies for the International team.
Ensure internal and external communications are passed on in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain International department attendance records.
Arranging, including booking rooms for, regular international team meetings.
Taking and circulation of minutes of international team minutes.
Preparing and circulating capex forms for approval.
Keeping International department organisation charts up-to-date.
Chasing and circulation of monthly management information reports.
Scheme code set-up and maintenance in the company software environments.
Weekly administrative liaison with International suppliers, partners and banks.
Production of monthly ‘The Good Guys’ reconciliation.
Ad hoc production of International reconciliations.
Ad hoc financial projects.
On an ad-hoc basis, assist in testing of new IT applications.
Performance Measures.
Ensure that all KPIs set by your line manager are achieved.
Qualifications:
Educated to A-level standard.
Must have Maths GCSE Grade A and English Grade C or above.
IT literate - Must have good basic skills in MS Excel and Word.
Additional language skills (German, Spanish, French, Polish, Italian).
Experience of working with Accounting packages (SMA or similar).
Experience of working with MI packages (Adaytum, Business Objects or similar).
