Job Description

Reports to:

Senior Client Services Manager

Main Purpose of the role:

Working as a member of a Team within Client Services, having responsibility for a range administration tasks in support of the Team. Assisting Client Services Managers with client mailings and associated tasks.

Main Duties:

Maintain Daily information required, updating system and spreadsheet information.
Produce and collate Daily / Weekly / Monthly information / data as required to support Client reporting.
Completing billing details and raising invoices for finished jobs.
Provide in a timely manner schedules, briefs and other documentation required by Production to enable them to complete their allocated tasks.
Take responsibility for tasks undertaken reporting any issues as they arise.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s  policies and procedures.
Check the progress and quality of jobs through the various stages of production.

Essential abilities:

Able to demonstrate professional manner when talking to clients on the telephone.
Good communicator both verbal and written.
Be an excellent time keeper and show flexibility regarding start and finish times.
Be able to work accurately even under pressure, paying attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Act as an excellent team member but also able to work on own initiative.
Show good PC skills, with good knowledge of Excel, Word, & Outlook.

Job Ref: MRL302 Hours: Full Time Location: Rainham / Essex Working Term: Permanent Position Salary: £15,000 to £18,000
