Main Activities:

Responsible for the effective handling of new business enquiries and for the delivery of accurate and informative insurance quotations to existing and new customers.
To maintain a high level of motivation and strive to, and achieve monthly sales targets.
To provide a comprehensive and professional service that accords to guidelines and best practice.
On-going training provided.

Requirements:

Highly motivated.
Excellent  communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Be able to work individually or as part of a team.

Previous Experience: 

Proven track record in insurance sales required.

Salary:

Basic plus commission and bonus. Earning potential is uncapped so could earn £20,000 plus p.a.

Shifts:

Flexible shifts as per departmental rota. 40 hours per week. Combination of early shifts (8:30am 5:00pm) and late shifts (12:00-8:30pm). Normal work pattern would consist of 4 week days and one day over the weekend. (Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm or Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm).
