Job Description
Reporting to:
Fleet Team Leader
Key Purpose:
Key purpose of this role is to assist the Underwriters in our Special Risks Department.
Areas of responsibility:
Entering new and renewal business onto Harlosh and Paradox systems.
Calculating adjustment premiums.
Updating MID records for new, existing and renewal policies.
Issuing fleet policy documents.
Processing mid term adjustments.
Assisting with general manual filing where required including pulling files.
Ad Hoc or Additional:
The above represents the key areas of responsibility within your role.
However you may be required to cover additional duties as and when needed.
Attributes Required:
Strong administration and organisation skills.
Ability to work on own initiative and successfully within a team.
Clear and confident communications skills including telephone skills.
Computer literacy, keyboard skills and good attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure at times.
Good personal organisation skills.
Experience:
Previous administration and insurance experience an advantage
