A highly successful Demolition Company is looking to recruit an experienced Groundworks Contracts Manager who will be able to demonstrate a significant portfolio of experience within the Construction or Demolition industries.
The company carries out a lot of high quality, high profile contracts and the right candidate will be responsible for developing and managing groundwork contracts from start to finish.

Your experience and skills will need to cover ground works, drainage, through to steel and concrete frame construction, external envelopes and internal works, leading to a high quality finished product.
Demolition, New build and Refurbishment experience would be ideal.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in similar position.
Contract Management experience of high profile contracts.
Good understanding of Construction Groundworks from site clearance stage.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A full driving License.
Relationship building skills.
Self Motivated.
Team Player.
