Global Settlements

Main Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Resolution of all failed trades related to Brokerage and custody trading for the company clients.
Reconciliation of agent positions to the company on a daily basis.
Funding of failed trades with agent ensuring that no overdraft costs are incurred.
Reporting of all outstanding fails and cash positions on a daily basis to supervisor/line manager.
Procedural & control compliance with creation, review, and update of procedures where necessary
Increase levels of automation in regard to cash/stock reconciliation to eliminate manual input.
      

Essential Skills & Experience:

Requirement to have at least 5 years knowledge of European, settlements, as well as back to back settlements.
Must be a team player.
Must have good interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with internal/external parties.
Good time management skills as well as initiative and ownership.
Must have good initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Position within Hierarchy:

Reporting to Supervisor of European Settlements.
