Main Responsibilities:

Description of role and duties, including any project, managerial and/or reporting requirements of the role.

Pre-matching of all alleged and unmatched trades.
Fail management, escalation & control of all UK fails, producing reports on a daily basis.
Monitoring of the company’s cap within Crest, to ensure that trades are settled.
Ensure all trades are imported into BTS and sent to Crest in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Ensure that all static data on BTS is kept up to date.
Stock & cash reconciliation’s of BARUK.

Participate on cross-training program with a view to being competent in the following functions:

UK Option Assignment.
Exchange trading.
Stock-Lending.
SDRT.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Requirement to have at least 5 years knowledge of UK settlements.
Good working knowledge of Sets trading as well as OTC trade flows.
Must have good interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with internal/external parties.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight timeframes.
Good time management skills as well as initiative and ownership.
