Part of the Company is located in the City of London, employs 230 people and covers the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa and the Nordics. Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires an experienced Technical Account Manager to accompany the current client growth.

Job Description:

Based in Central London and working within the Trading & Connect Department, you will be responsible for a range of client accounts.

The role will require you to take ownership of a small selection of banking clients and be their primary contact for all technical issues with the company Product portfolio. You will act as your client’s portal into the company technical teams and build strong relationships to enable you to deliver first class technical services.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Financial market and front-office business knowledge.
Degree level preferable.
Previous experience in a TAM role or similar.
Good organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build good relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the company products a plus
Operating systems: UNIX and NT a must.  Oracle a plus
