Objective:

The company is located in the City of London, employs 230 people and covers the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa and the Nordics. Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires an experienced Technical Account Manager to accompany the current client growth.

Job Description:

Based in Central London and working within the Client Technical Services Department, you will be responsible for a range of client accounts. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Act as a single point of contact for your client.
Monitor, support and maintain all the company solutions.
Manage implementation processes and assist clients with project planning, technical implementation and post-implementation support.
Coordinate inter-departmental resources and liaise closely with clients with a high level of face-to-face contact.
Work alongside the Local Sales Account Manager.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Financial market and front-office business knowledge.
Degree level preferable.
Previous experience in a TAM role or similar.
Good organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build good relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the company products a plus.
Operating systems: UNIX and NT a must.  Oracle a plus
