Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires a new Technical Specialist to accompany the current client growth.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities will be:

Level 2 support for Technical Account Managers.
Manage exchange migration projects.
Build and maintain expertise in the company Products.
Advise Technical Account Managers on Clients Architectures.
Assist TAM in client installations.
Maintain the company test architectures.

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of UNIX/ORACLE/WINDOWS.
Functional knowledge of the financial industry, specifically referenced to financial markets.
Degree level preferable.
Good organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build good relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the company products a plus.
