Objective:
Part of the company is located in the City of London, employs 200 people and covers the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, South Africa and the Nordics. Keen on quality of products and services, and driven by its development in a competitive environment, the company now requires a new Sales Executive to accompany the current client growth in the front office arena.
Job Description:
Within our Front Office team based in our London office, you will be reporting to the Head of New Business Development for the Front Office Business Line.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Develop a full understanding of your prospects/customers’ organisations leading to the identification of new sales prospects;
Introduce the company’s complete front office product range to the customer. Create and develop sales to operational staff in departments not previously using our solutions and in new prospect organizations;
Manage a number of customer accounts and achieve consistent revenue growth results across your entire portfolio;
Manage each phase of the sales cycle and use the resources available to you in an efficient and productive way. You will be expected to lead the sales process through the assessment of client needs; product demonstration; contract negotiation and signature; and subsequent follow up commercial management;
Demonstrate competent business skills allowing for creative and original approaches to client needs
Display a good knowledge of the financial markets and participants
Show and report progress in product and customer knowledge leading to generation of new revenue streams;
Possess the ability to develop and maintain long lasting business relationships with your customers;
Be expected to develop and demonstrate sufficient technology skills to enable you to represent complex solutions to business problems.
Required Skills:
Financial market and front-office business knowledge.
Previous experience in a similar Sales role
Good organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build good relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the company products a plus.
