The company:

The company has a vacancy for a Project Manager with suitable experience of managing Contracts in excess of £5m from Tender to Handover, sector experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Hotel/Leisure, Education and Health and knowledge of both D&B and Traditional Contracts.

Projects are based in the North West of the Region from North of Birmingham to Manchester , including Liverpool to the West where we have just won a prestigious contract to deliver a £12.5m Industrial Unit with the potential to negotiate and build 2 similar buildings on the same estate.
Working for the Midlands Region out of our Birmingham Office the position would develop as our workload in these areas increases.

The candidate:

The ideal candidate will preferably located to the NW of Birmingham somewhere with easy access to the M6 to allow coverage to Birmingham , Manchester and Liverpool .

The Project Manager will be number one on site with responsibility for the delivery of projects with average values of approximately £10m.

Responsible for the commercial success of these projects, managing a team to deliver on H&S, Quality, Environmental issues and programme.
Sub-contract letting and material buying is also managed from site by the PM and the Project QS.
