Role:

The role will involve:
To undertake Type 1, 2 or 3 asbestos surveys (as defined in MDHS 100)
To carry out re-inspections, update asbestos registers and asbestos management plans, ensuring that inspection works are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with the quality system.
Record all site data and compile inspection reports.
Oversee trainee inspection staff during their supervised work period.
Assisting the Quality Manager and Deputy Quality Managers with the day to day compliances of the UKAS quality system.

Skills:

Ability to work as part of a team and to use own initiative.
Computer literate.
Write own reports and be I.T literate

Qualifications:

P402 qualified with S301 an advantage 
Must be degree qualified preferably in a related discipline

Personal Qualities:

Candidates must possess a strong pro- company attitude with a desire to achieve and do well.

Experience:

Must have a good amount of asbestos surveying experience and capable of undertaking the lead surveyor’s duties.
