The company provides clear and objective expert analysis in the management, resolution and avoidance of disputes in the construction, engineering and manufacturing industries.
They currently have a need for a Qualified Quantity Surveyor with dispute management experience within the construction industry.
The Role

Responsibilities will include:

Preparing and defending claims.
Supporting experts in adjudications/abitrations/letigations.
Assisting employers, contractors or insurers and their legal teams in analysing and reporting on quantum and contractual claims for projects such as airport facilities; highway interchanges; offshore facilities and public buildings.
Involvement in developing strategies behind formulating and defending claims.

The ideal candidate:

Over ten years’ senior level experience, in the management of construction projects.
Commercial management experience, acting for both clients and contractors on a variety of major projects.
Project/construction management experience on a range of construction projects.
Must have excellent report writing skills.
General industry exposure – specialisation in areas such as M&E and Civils would be an advantage.
