Job Description
An expanding local electrical contractor is currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their team right away (preferably from an electrical or construction background).
They are looking for a proactive positive individual with strong administration experience.
You will be working under a part time office Manager and will be expected to work with the team and individually in their absence - holding full responsibility of the office, and ensuring all work is complete.
Key Skills:
You must have a very good telephone manner, be confident, mature and hardworking; looking to develop and learn.
Must be computer literate; good Excel and Word skills, Sage Line 50 Version 11, marketing experience and general secretary/ reception knowledge.
Location:
They are currently based in Billericay however will be moving to Laindon,
Essex
premises within the next 4-6 weeks.
