Job Description
Department:
Client Services / Operations.
Main responsibilities:
Day to day account management for Prime brokerage clients (Fixed Income, OTC Equity derivatives and possibly FX) on world-wide markets.
Daily client margins calls and treasury reports including interest reporting.
Daily client files management for reporting purposes.
Dealing with all queries from clients, mainly breaks at the beginning and topday defaults, to make sure all problems are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Maintaining key client relationship.
Daily monitoring of client commissions and fees.
Liasing with Back-Office and Middle-Office/Front Office.
Working in a team of 18.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Client Services or strong Back-Office background (reconciliations).
Proven working knowledge of OTC Equity Derivative products (OTC Equity Options, Variance swaps) and/or Fixed Income (Bond, Bond repos, IRS).
Strong team player, ability to communicate clearly and take on responsibilities (self starter).
Willingness to share learn and share knowledge.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience in OTC Prime broker operations.
Knowledge of Fx products desirable.
Language skills would be appreciated (not essential).
Experience on clearing system preferred: GMI, Kondor.
Position within hierarchy:
Reporting to CS Supervisor.
