Project:

Execution of a new Airport Cargo project.
An experienced Contract / Claims Management expert is required to provide contract /claims management advise during project execution. Will be involved in:
Contract analysis and preparation of contract workshop.
Project management during project execution on site in Hong Kong. 

Time frame:

Contract analysis and contract workshop - estimated start date is February/ March 2008.
Contract and claims management during project execution – estimated start date is shortly after the contract workshop, lasting through till the conclusion of the project, which is anticipated to be in 2010 (2,5 years).

The ideal candidate:

Must have good working knowledge of English Contract Law, and how it applies in other Common Law Countries.
Be experienced in Hong Kong.
Have good command of the English language.
Be experienced in airports / cargo projects.
