Job Description
Working as part of a team, will be involved in:
Analysis and investigation work in the area of dispute management.
Researching and analysing contemporaneous documents to assist in demonstrating culpability or non-culpability.
Providing support to experts in adjudications, arbitrations and letigations under ICC Rules
Assisting in the preparation of expert reports such as time related issues on power generation projects; time analysis reports for the rebuttal of claims and preparation of counterclaims.
Preparation of programme integrity analysis
Requirements:
Must have a minimun of ten year’s planning experience, preferably within the construction industry.
Must have experience using Premavaria 3
Should ideally have Claims/ Retrospective Delay Analysis experience.
Must be prepared to travel nationally and internationally as and when required.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have over ten years’ experience working as a Planning Engineer on a variety of international projects, such as building, civil engineering, marine and power generation, from which he/she would have gained valuable experience in Retrospective Delay Analysis, claim preparation and management for both Client and Contractor organisations.
Further, also been involved in the preparation of expert reports of several key projects for a German EPC Contractor engaged on the construction of an Independent Water and Power Plant (IWPP) in the Middle East.
Support in the preparation of Expert Reports regarding prolongation for Arbitrations, Adjudications, Litigations and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Analysing and assisting in the preparation of Expert Reports for time related issues on power generation projects in Europe and the Middle East.
