Good knowledge of Building Regs.

Day to day responsibilities:

Working within a multi discipline team.
Detail design drawings and specifications.
Timely issue of information to meet construction programme.

Background:

Private practice Developer or Construction Company.
Working within a multi discipline team either individually or as part of a team.
Small / Medium projects in leisure education commercial retail and residential.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Working towards Degree or Diploma or technical institute qualification.

Reporting To:

Reporting to the Project Architect.
