Job Description
To increase The Company’s profitability through effectively managing individual sales enquiries, order management and customer service interactions in the branch through the inbound sales channel. Ensure that The Company’s customer service levels and trading integrity are maintained through all customer interactions. To assess customer needs and use product knowledge and sales skills to serve the customer effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Respond to customer queries and requests for information
Respond to customer complaints
Manage customer expectations and provide excellent levels of customer service
Sales Processing:
Prompt and accurate processing of inbound sales enquiries
Ensure that The Company pricing strategies adhered to
Promote products in cross-sell and up-sell opportunities appropriately
Manage and handle credit notes
Order Management:
Take customer orders and input details into the system
Assist management and credit control in collecting overdue accounts
