DEPARTMENT: Global Custody Operations

Main Responsibilities:
Description of role and duties, including any project, managerial and/or reporting requirements of the role.
Reconciliation of all Nostro, Custody and internal cash accounts within the European Clearing Centre and Prime Brokerage groups – (Cash & Stock Reconciliations)
Management information reporting of all high risk issues
Euro-Clear and Crest credit line and collateral monitoring
Compilation of monthly client and agent fees
Stamp duty reconciliation and reclaims
PTM Processing
Commission Processing
Daily margin call calculations
Interest claim management
Daily Swift Payments

Essential Skills & Experience:
Requirement to have a good knowledge of cash/stock reconciliations and funding (minimum 3 years experience)
Must be a team player
Must have good interpersonal skills with an ability to work closely with internal/external parties
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Good time management skills as well as initiative and ownership
Knowledge of Swift & Crest very desirable

Reporting to Manager of GFS Custody & Control group
