Main Responsibilities:
Trade / Reconciliation expert in administration of 5 European branches, reporting to the Manager of Treasury Control.

Analysis of:-
Trade & Position analytics for inter-company/inter-system reconciliation
Resultant Break Queries & investigations
Enquiry support
Existing process flow
Trend Analysis
Risk Assessment
Automated solutions to eliminate manual input

Responsible for:-
Investigation & Resolution Outstanding Cash Balances
Daily Exception reporting
Daily reconciliation & clearance of outstanding FOBO transactions
Exception processing & resolution
Process diagnostics
Procedural & Control Compliance with review and update of existing procedures
Pertinent Project involvement as required be it as User or as advisor
Maintain Low error rate.
Input into Disaster Recovery plans

Essential Skills & Experience:
Technical/Systems knowledge, Industry Knowledge, Person Skills
Requirement to have extensive knowledge of global settlements
Requirement to work closely with Front & Back office counterparts, Vendors & IT
Requirement to have extensive Banking experience
Requirement as a minimum to be proficient in the following software:-
CityNetworks reconciliation software
KONDOR+, MS WORD, MS EXCEL , MS POWERPOINT, LOTUS NOTES.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
Extensive knowledge of the settlement aspects of Treasury markets, self starter who can work independently & be able to understand & review data flows.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports
