To coordinate the preconstruction phase of the Structures Partnership Portfolio and to ensure all necessary design documentation approvals are obtained according to programme.

The main responsibilities will be:
Issuing remits to design consultants and liaison with them throughout the scheme
Attendance at regular Design Team meetings.
Maintaining a scheme status tracker and production of 4 weekly Design Progress Report (For Design Manager).
Attendance a 4 weekly Construction Manager progress meetings and reporting on status of schemes
Other reasonable items/duties as requested by the Design manager
Review Client remit & archive information as required
Attendance at Stagegate reviews.
Preparation of minutes and obtain approval from Client
Flag up any known requirements for design possessions / road closures to APMs
Review Feasibility Reports, Form As, Bs and Cs for compliance with remit
Submit Feasibility Reports, Form As, Bs and Cs to Client for approval
Flag up known liabilities issues to APM and Client
Obtain information and consents to facilitate design progression
Obtain target cost quotations from designers, submit to Client for approval and instruct consultants when approved
Manage consultants to ensure all design delivery and approval dates are achieved
