Types of Contracts:

Planned and reactive Facilities contract over 1200 sites; Planned and small works contract 280 sites
Organise teams of sub contractors, organize direct labour

Main Duties:

To programme in spot re-lamping over 250 sites, to organize all aspects of an ongoing emergency lighting and fire alarm contract over 280 sites, e.g. organise programme ensure all site communication goes out on time, populate spreadsheets, basic drawings and arrange labour. 

Office based (30%) site visits (70%)
Hours generally 08.00 - 17.00 but may need some flexibility if deadlines are to be met.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in managing teams of electricians / sub contractors.
Numeracy skills, CSCS an advantage.
Basis experience of Fire Alarm Systems and emergency lighting.
16th Edition / 2391 and advantage.
Organisational skills essential.
Computer skills should include Word and Excel as a minimum.

Salary: £38k - 43k dependant on experience
