My client is for highly experienced Demolition Site Managers with a professional approach to managing large and medium scale demolition projects on either single or multiple basis. Ideally with 10 years or more experience.
The company will provide ongoing training and resource commitment to affect good working standards.

Background:-
The company currently has a number of large scale complex demolition projects and has a very healthy forward order book.

Essentials:-
CSCS – Competency “Supervisor/Top Man” card
H & S Certificate, First Aid trained
Proven track record of success within the construction/demolition industry.
Must have experience in managing complex machine operations up to 165 ft and also Top-Down demolition.
Must be confident at managing site administration including method statements and task briefings.
Punctual and reliable.
