I am looking for a small works electrical contracts manager who will work along side a busy reactive maintenance help desk.

They will be estimating the spin of works from the reactive calls and also pricing approximately 40-50 individual jobs per week, up to the value of 40k but usually under £10,000, ordering materials and run the labour team.

They will be on call 1 week in 4 where they will take the calls if the reactive engineers have any problems for the week.

In return you will be supplied with a mobile phone, and competitive salary.

You will be based in Hainault 90% of the time but could price jobs any where in the country.
