Our client is a large electrical contractor based in Essex looking for a helpdesk operative to look after their busy reactive maintenance helpdesk. You will be based in Hainault

You will be taking incoming and making outgoing calls; corresponding with clients and engineers.
Updating the database with jobs logged on from clients, archiving the job numbers and issuing the job sheets to the engineers, as and when ready. You will receive time sheets from the engineers, and you will be entering all this information on to their system.

You will need to have previous experience on a help desk, preferably have worked within an electrical or construction field, and if you have had previous experience with the VIXON database, and have good data entry skills this is a big advantage.
