We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Network Engineer to further develop their knowledge and understanding of networking, and communication and support skills.  This is a very hands on role, with the ideal candidate being responsible for the installation and maintenance of systems within our data centres.  You will log, handle and track faults, providing reports if necessary.  A good understanding of basic networking is required and knowledge of the following would be an advantage;
Candidates should have experience in Server builds, operation of Unix Platforms and Cisco products and have an enthusiasm and willing personality.

Candidates must have CCNA Cisco qualification minimum or studying towards it.

A Network and Unix background with additional knowledge in the following; Solaris, Linux, TCP/IP, Cisco Routers and Switches, Pix Firewalls, Network notations, ISDN, Taccas / RSA, VPN technology.

REMUNERATION
Up to £18k - £22k
