Job Description
Our client’s are seeking an outgoing and professional individual to perform a key role within their dynamic Operations department.
Based within the Client Services team (10 staff), the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Margin calls.
Customer liaison.
Cash management.
FX.
R&N Static data.
Reporting using Excel and Access.
Trade Breaks / Position maintenance.
Commission & Interest Maintenance.
Experience/Skills Required:
Strong communication skills.
Minimum 2 years experience in a margining, reconciliation or clearing or client service role.
Customer services experience preferable.
Rolfe & Nolan experience.
Self motivated.
Flexible and able to take initiative.
Ability to resolve queries in a timely and confident manner.
