To provide administrative support to Plant Controllers, Store personnel and Workshop Controllers.
The main responsibilities will be:
Raise job cards as required to assist Plant Controllers and Workshop Controllers.
Monitor and contribute to ensure Job Card closure in a timely manner.
Raise Job Card orders to external repairers as required, to assist Plant Controllers.
Raise COINS orders as required in Store person’s absence.
Compliance with the Plant and Transport Service Level Agreement.
Oversee fitter’s timesheet to job card is allocated accurately in workshop controllers absence.
To input GRN’s onto COINS, and assist with supplier invoice queries/costing as required.
Assisting Workshop Controllers and store personnel with production of reports as required.
Continual review and development of processes.
Any ad-hoc duties that may occur.
The ideal candidate will:
Have good computer literacy to include working knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Have good telephone manner and good organisational abilities.
Have good time management and a good communicator.
The ability to multi-task and action concurrently.
Hold Class B+E or C1 DVLA licence.
Be a team player, methodical and have attention to detail.
Identify non-conformance and have common sense.
