Review our existing systems and identify necessary upgrades.
Visit the clients to learn their requirements, query our sales force.
Research the competition offerings.
Document the necessary upgrades (functional specs) and pass them to our R&D group.
Analyze with our R&D group the technical impacts, contribute to the planning.
Assist the R&D group during the development stage, test the R&D deliveries.
Organize beta programs at our 1st pilot site.
Build the content for our marketing materials, launch a propagation plan.
Educate our internal sales force.
Participate in pre-sales, perform the in-depth demo.
Follow-up and report the sales metrics.

Required Skills:

The candidate will have the following skills:
Strong industry knowledge in program trading (having worked for a broker or software vendor).
Program trading covers basket trading, VWAP trading, algo trading and pairs trading.
Knowledge in risk and/or middle office viewed as a plus.
Strong communication skills (with our clients, R&D group and sales force).
Structured / analytic mind, strong writing / documenting capabilities (specing).
Hands-on (for testing).
Energy to build, enhance and promote new products.

Remuneration:

£55,000 basic plus £10,000 on-target bonus.
